Chief Telecommunications Engineers (National Certificate)/
　 　 Installation Technicians (National Certificate)

We are executing qualification examinations for "Chief Telecommunications Engineers" and "Installation Technicians" twice a year for each category as the designated examination body according to The Telecommunications Business Act.

Adding the execution, we are developing the implementation plans of the exams; public notification and dissemination and working on registration activities, etc.

eLPIT

eLPIT is the online training curriculum for those who are preparing for the national examination "Installation Technicians."

We provide knowledge and technique required for Installation Technicians, which include something those new ideas on information securities or technologies on terminal equipment like IP Phone.

Telecommunications Engineers (Certification of DEKYO)

We have created the original certificate "Telecommunications Engineers" following the article 38, paragraph 2 of the Rules for The Installation Technicians to certificate those who endeavor to improve their professional skills.

The goal of the program is to support the Installation Technicians of DD category who are trying to improve their know-how and to certificate their results. Herewith we expect them to receive higher reliability and evaluation from their customers and in their organization.

Training for the Chief Telecommunications Engineers (Authorized Training Entity)

We are the first organization of the country that has certified by The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications as an authorized training body for "Chief Telecommunications Engineers." Japan's legislative rule, The Rule for The Chief Telecommunications Engineers, enacts that "Telecommunications carries, which have appointed the chief telecommunications Engineers, should receive the training by the authorized training bodies within a year after the appointment regarding installation, maintenance and operation of the telecommunications facilities of the telecommunications operators".

The license is valid three years after the completion of the training.

　Japan Trust Service Forum

We have been working for the spread of time stamps in Japan for more than a decade since establishing of Time Business Research Project in 2001.

To strengthen and to renew the activity, We have started "Japan Trust Service Forum" in June 2018, which is a private organization to pursue the diffusion of trusted services that include technologies and services like electronic signatures, time stamps, electronic certificates, electronic registered delivery service and electronic contract, e.g.

Our goal is to establish "the infrastructure for reliance," which is globally valid and makes our everyday life safer.

　Accreditation Program for Time Stamps

Electronic signatures and time stamps are the fundamental technique to prove the authenticity of electronic documents.

We have the voluntary accreditation program for time-stamping services since February 2005, which enhance trust levels of the services and to contribute to the technical infrastructure of IT societies.

Anti-Spam Consultation Center (ASCC)

Our "Anti-Spam Consultation Center" provides the consultation and gathers information on illegal emails that violate "The Act on Regulation of Transmission of Specified Electronic Mail (so-called "Anti-Spam Law").

We are working to create comfortable environments for using emails by analyzing the information collected, by reporting it to the Ministry of General Affairs and communications/the consumer affairs agency, by establishing rules on anti-spam transmission and other activities.

Protection of Personal Information

Breach and other incidents harm the rights and the profits of individuals and give tremendous harmful effects on the corporate activities.

Our Personal Information-ICT Center that is the "authorized personal information protection organization" under the article 37 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information receives and handles complaints on personal information in a proper manner.

PrivacyMark® Assessment

PrivacyMark is the system established and operated by JIPDEC, which grants the use of "The PrivacyMark" for those who are judged building the adequate system for protecting personal information in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standard Q15001:2017 (JIS Q15001:2017).

"JIS Q15001:2017" is standardized the procedures for observing "the Act on the Protection of Personal Information" using the method of management system described by ISO.

We are working as one of the 18 authorized assessment entities certificated by JIPDEC and are executing more than three thousands of occasions of assessment for organizations, who are engaged in the telecommunications business and the related areas of telecommunications.
